There's a lot of misinformation out there, so I want to cover this one:

If SCOTUS approves Texas' desire to invalidate the Electors from the four Defendant States that removes 62 votes from the total number of Electors sent. A Candidate does NOT require 270 votes, they only need the majority of Electors sent from the States.

If SCOTUS prevents the 62 Electors from the Defendant States from sending their ballots, which may not even be a Constitutional option, then Biden will STILL win 244 to 232.

My expectations for this case are simple: I expect, should SCOTUS choose to hear the case, which they really should, I believe they will choose to order the four Defendant States into an emergency Legislative session to certify the election directly rather than allowing the very persons which violated the Constitution to make that call.

This is the most direct remedy that provides Trump a path to his rightful reelection, but it is not the only path. There are a few more paths, but I will not spell them out here... however there are a variety of scenarios - Pence considering the votes from certain Electors as in contention, Trump Electors sending in their votes such that two sets of votes are received in Congress to be counted on the 6th, leaving it for Pence to resolve... etc. There's also one really crazy scenario that would change the number of votes needed even if SCOTUS rules to invalidate the States' votes or the federal courts do the same.

Is it just me or did FoxNews.com suddenly change from being definitively anti-Trump/pro-Biden post-election to moving back towards a more neutral/right stance?

Right now, all of the front page articles and links are either neutral, anti-Biden, or pro-Trump... up until a few days ago everything was essentially pro-Biden and even anti-Trump since the election with a few exceptions...

Maybe the evidence is changing minds?
