It's always good to confirm beforehand. In this case saying or even voting gets more commitment.

Organize gatherings for protests. Organize get togethers. Never call it a militia. It's not that. You're organizing people with like minds to talk! That's what you should do!

Mich has always been a political animal first. He'll waver whenever the winds flow and put his party first. He'll flip when enough pressure is formed.

They aren't official electors until things are disputed and procedural hoops jumped through. Keep loud.

Personally I consider it one of those academic theories that some ivory tower dipshit conceived of. There's a rather horrific trend of misanthropic thought through intellectual circles that boils down to I Hate Humans.

China just jumped on the theory and pushed it hard. Now if you disagree you get thrown out.

They should be decommissioned. They've proven that they are nothing but trouble at this point. And if they're actively attempting to help Biden they're criminals too.

Do we have a full explanation of the law aside from a few panic tweets? I'd like to judge for myself.

HONK!

Legally I wouldn't be surprised. The law's infuriating like that. It's also possible to overturn it.

They've been punting the cases like this using whatever reasoning they can make up. Also Trump appointee doesn't always mean they're going to rule with us. Can't have a 100% success rate with that considering how easy it is to subvert people.

There was a lot of confusion as to this one too. That didn't help.

3rd circuit is a lot more complicated than just we lost. We actually asked for them to do it quick.

No FEDERAL Law. Note the wording. The dismissal basically states that 'this is a federal court. You haven't presented evidence that federal laws are being broken. It's a bit of a mindbending ruling because it sort of sidesteps the actual issues the case is bringing up.

My bad, I'm admittedly shaky on the exact details of that case.

Procedure. Had to be done for Gore in Bush vs Gore too. Essentially Trumps following the rules as unfortunate as it looks.

I don't think they can. Anyone can appeal and it's up to the Supreme Court. Dont know lawyer stuff though, so I can't say.

So, ah, here's a question. Has she ever been officially on the trump legal team? This seems like a sort of bureaucratic legal technical thing rather than some sort of declaration.

We'll get more clarification later if it's important I'd think.

Document anything improper you see! If they're playing screw you, the courts won't like it, and the supreme court is likely going to be very mad soon.

Document hints of impropriety. If they screw up things that's something to bring up in court. If votes are not observed counted, I'm fairly sure that's a slam dunk. This is likely going to go to a court, so good clips of suspicious things will be better evidence. Note the time when you see it.

We have time. Most of the certification and such means nothing until we hit the courts. It makes things easier yes but the courts move sloooow.

Wait till the end of the month.
