Yes it did, but someone said they were mis labeled and should go to Trump. I checked and then doctored it. However, two more counties were mislabled that should have gone to Biden.

Good find. I doctored the original image because someone said a couple counties went for Trump which was true when I looked it up.
WSJ says all counties but Clallam (the strongest bellwether) went for DJT. Which led me to look into this chart more.
On this chart: Blaine, Clallam, and Kent county actually went to Biden
Giving him 3/17, or 18%.
