This was recently reinforced by a supreme court decision: https://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/19pdf/19-267_1an2.pdf

From Wikipedia: Our Lady of Guadalupe School v. Morrissey-Berru, 591 U.S. ___ (2020), was a United States Supreme Court case involving the ministerial exception of federal employment discrimination laws. The case extends from the Supreme Court's prior decision in Hosanna-Tabor Evangelical Lutheran Church & School v. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission[1] which created the ministerial exception based on the Establishment and Free Exercise Clauses of the United States Constitution, asserting that federal discrimination laws cannot be applied to leaders of religious organizations. The case, along with the consolidated St. James School v. Biel (Docket 19-348), both arose from rulings in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit that found that federal discrimination laws do apply to others within a religious organization that serve an important religious function but lack the title or training to be considered a religious leader under Hosanna-Tabor. The religious organization challenged that ruling on the basis of Hosanna-Tabor. The Supreme Court ruled in a 7–2 decision on July 8, 2020 that reversed the Ninth Circuit's ruling, affirming that the principles of Hosanna-Tabor, that a person can be serving an important religious function even if not holding the title or training of a religious leader, satisfied the ministerial exception in employment discrimination.

so from a marketing standpoint this works. It's a picture of an article with a thumb. Good to know. The moderators of this platform ie. admins are susceptible to nimble maneuvers and tricks. For example, if this was the same article but as a copy-paste and plain text, would it receive the same level of notoriety?

follow up

"ExDS subjects are known to be irrational, often violent and relatively impervious to pain. Unfortunately, almost everything taught to LEOs about control of subjects relies on a suspect to either be rational, appropriate, or to comply with painful stimuli. Tools and tactics available to LEOs (such as pepper spray, impact batons, joint lock maneuvers, punches and kicks, end ECD's, especially when used for pain compliance) that are traditionally effective in controlling resisting subjects, are likely to be less effective on ExDS subjects."

"The officers were recorded on their body cams assessing George Floyd as suffering from "excited delirium syndrome" (ExDS), a condition which the MPD considers an extreme threat to both the officers and the suspect. A white paper used by the MPD acknowledges that ExDS suspects may die irrespective of force involved. The officers' response to the situation was in line with MPD guidelines for ExDS."

The only women I see on construction sites are office workers. It's extremely rare to see one as a laborer. 1 in 1,000,000 I bet or even more. They sit in the trailers with the A/C but, jokes on them. I make 3x what they do ^-^

There's no winning when it comes to contractors. There are always ways to get more money. It's really a who you know business because there's plenty of people trying to take advantage. I know this older guy with a consulting business who makes about 200k a year showing developers how they can save money. He'll prowl big job sites and nitpick all the shit contractors do to cut corners and try to squeeze more pennies. He's really seen it all and doesn't bullshit with dudes. That 200k he gets paid is probably 1/10th of what the developers would be paying in surcharges and additional 'unforeseen' situations that always arise.

Still though - you don't point rifles at people. Ever.

If you point your weapon at something, you better have the intention to shoot it. I agree.

Anything worth shooting once is worth shooting twice. Bullets are cheaper than lives.
