Again, I’m not saying it’s right, but SCOTUS is saying Texas has no constitutional standing to bring suit based on the outcome of elections other than it’s own. I didn’t reject the fraud claims. That means there is still an avenue to bring a case that SCOTUS DOES think has standing.

that’s a very loose interpretation though. Let me give you a silly analogy: let’s say I pass tax laws to hike them and that affects people traveling to another state as they come through my state first. Technically it’s affecting that state but they can’t sue me because that has to do with my own state even if it affects them.

It’s not though. Did any of you read the actual response of SCOTUS? They did not reject the case based on fraud or anything like that. They rejected the case because “TEXAS” does not have standing to bring a case based on another states election outcome. That doesn’t mean that they wouldn’t vote in favor of nullifying other states elections if the right case which does have standing is brought before them.

Again, just keep this in mind: I would have liked to see them hear the case. However, Trump voted “constitutionalists”.... that is what we WANTED. If they vote in line with the constitution, we can’t necessarily be mad at them for that. We just need a case that DOES have standing to be heard.

I really don’t think so. I think people are missing the point. SCOTUS didn’t reject the case based on dismissing the fraud, they MERELY said that TEXAS does not have standing to bring a case based on other states election results. That would set a very bad precedent in cases where the result does not benefit us. I still think SCOTUS would want to hear a case brought in the right way, but just keep in mind that they are BOUND to the constitution, and that is why Trump vouched for them in the first place, they are “constitutionalists”.

We desperately need Voter ID. When Trump is crowned the winner by everyone, I believe he needs to do 2 things:

1. Attack the corrupt media, take down Twitter, Facebook, sanction them, whatever. Make their asses pay.
2. Secure the vote. Ignore the arguments of racism, institute voter ID.
