I know we’re all supposed to hate fox now but what’s wrong with him pointing out that she hasn’t presented any evidence to him or to anyone around her. Why not go on the show and discuss it?

I see people saying she’s saving the evidence for trial but honestly like honestly there’s been no evidence in court either. At this point I would rather just get some full on honesty like “guys we think something big is going on we’re taking some time to fully investigate” than “big law suit filed it’s gonna huge” only for it to get thrown out a couple of days later

I would say it’s pretty serious doesn’t bode well even if they do win there the vote count wouldn’t overturn anything.

It’s not from what I can see this was the main law suit (I commented about it yesterday because I watched the hearing and it was a shit show). There is another one relating to the audit in AZ but that’s all there is. So they did in fact drop their efforts to review ballots in AZ That and Jones day is also pulling back and judge in Michigan dismissed the suit there Today sucks lol

Hopefully these affidavits are being checked more thoroughly that the ones in Maricopa. Yes they’re legal documents signed under oath but it doesn’t fucking matter if the witnesses completely contradict themselves while in actual court.

It was the evidentiary hearing in Maricopa County AZ earlier today not PA (I got PA on my mind clearly). I did read the affidavits and I’m aware of the injunctive reliefs that are being sought. After listening in I’m having a hard time seeing how any judge would grant relief just based on how incredibly unreliable the witnesses that the lawyers depended on were. They completely undermined the case and their own affidavits. It was honestly a shit show and an appeal based on this is going no where. I mean one of the witnesses during cross examinations admitted to being the lawyer’s business partner (why would they include him as a witness??)

I read the PA affidavits too and honestly they’re not any better. You should take a look at them (they’re long but that’s what law school was supposed to prepare us for right?).

I understand the urgency here with trying to get this litigated but just taking any and all witnesses who seem to have a strong enough story and then having them crumble in court does nothing for the cause.

Not giving up in anyway but Rudy or anyone responsible for the legal strategy needs to rethink it. Tuned in to the PA court proceeding today and as an attorney I can say that the lawyers are being absolutely massacred in court. Literally listened to the whole five hours and the witnesses were terrible, contradicted their affidavits (one actually said he saw nothing wrong with the voting/ballot counting at the center so why would they have him as a witness). Another one shot his credibility to hell by admitting that he may or may not be getting paid by the campaign (why would they have him as a witness???). All the evidence gathered from dontpushthegreenbutton dismissed because the lawyers admitted that the majority of what they got was lies and spam and they didn’t check the ones they submitted into court.

Definitely want this to get to the Supreme Court but it’s not going to if the proceedings keep going like this.
