As someone who works with a lot of H1B's, they are all very nice. The biggest issue is trying to understand the accent. It has taken me 10+ years to not have to ask them to repeat themselves more than 3 times per 30 minute meeting.
The big issue is the fake it until you make it mentality in India. The people that hire them are too dumb (or ignorant) to even know if they know their shit or not.

I went to buy groceries this morning and there were none of the standard big blocks of cheddar cheese. So I took the last block of pepperjack instead. Didn't bother to look at the TP isle. I have 10 rolls that should last be at least 2 months.
Just think of it as an opportunity to buy stocks (index funds) cheap. I personally hope the market goes down farther so I can sell more bonds for stocks.
