agree. she is actually intelligent and well-considered in her opinions, more intellectually honest than the others. the goblina is like literally a stupid person. breyer is 100% predictable. Kagan surprises once in a while.
i'm for platforms being treated legally as platforms, publishers being treated legally as publishers.
rogan sold out, which is his prerogative. he chose to make the deal. i do not consider spotify's actions to be censorship, as spotify is a publisher.
edit, to clarify: i consider facebook and twitter to be censorship, because they purport to be publishers, and enjoy legal treatment as such, when in fact they very clearly operate as publishers.
sorry but mikhaila is a creepy grifter who nearly killed her father and collapsed her marriage /family as she became addicted to social media attention. she secretly hangs around with Tate, and has already started and stopped so many kooky online money-making schemes... JBP has been an important if imperfect figure for us, but there is no disinfo against mikhaila. she brings it on herself and really should be ashamed and bow out and take care of her family.
literally listened to LZ Granderson articulate this explicitly on ESPN radio this morning. paraphrasing from memory: "people now realize we have to get off this soft 'I'm not racist' stuff, like nah, brah, that don't cut it no more - what's necessary is for people to be anti-racist"
sorry friend but many "democrats" did show up; I know several personally. a lot of old school democrats around still in the JFK mold who are not possessed by identity politics, a lot of longshoremen live in and around Lakewood who identify as dems due to traditional union affiliations. an increasing number of these democrats will be voting for Trump this election =)
well, this is Lakewood, which is a small, independent and very traditionally American city on the edge of LA county - we are one of the only cities in the area that allows fireworks on the fourth of July, and it's glorious. a lot of vets, a lot of flags... there's a guy who drives an old WWII era army jeep with the the machine gun still mounted on the back and a giant American flag. Lakewood is comfy.
some memetic history: I don't know if he actually coined it, but the term first gained wide popularity from a rapper named Lil B, the "Based God" - the Based God was reckless, in the sense he would dare to say out loud true things that most would be too scared or polite or reserved to say. this vibe appealed to the "red pilled" types as being essentially the same concept: uncomfortable truths. so the original popular usage of based is something like having the huevos to say the uncomfortable truths out loud.
