Exactly. We've watched the left do one thing after another to advance their agenda. We need to start doing the same. Let's start removing obstacles to achieving OUR agendas. And in ways that they can't argue against.
then let's double down. let's give people "help" in navigating how to do it.
I'll go on record and say that I had to help my grandfather navigate the new ID requirements. He's in his 90s and doesn't have a birth certificate, so he couldn't get his license renewed. But we found the right paperwork to make that happen. Thankfully he has quit driving. but his story is not unique. Plenty of old folks born out in the sticks don't have the right paperwork to get the is new fed ID star on their drivers license. So they need help figuring out how.
That is a completely valid point. But not one that I think lefties are prepared to put on paper. They may think it, we may agree - it's not one that they can make out loud because it makes them sound racist (which they of course are)
I actually had someone argue this morning that it's OK to require ID for any financial transaction, but shouldn't be to vote.
That's where I got this idea from. OK. So let's make this problem just GO AWAY bey removing the obstructions to getting an ID.
The reason it has not been solved in actually incredibly simple. Politicians run on "solving problems" or "opposing the other party's solution to a problem."
If the problem became solved - neither side would be able to run on this issue. That's it. That's the only thing blocking the path. Everything else is just semantics over how to do it. If the R's TRULY, and I mean TRULY wanted it done they could have done it several times over by now. End of story.
You have no idea how much time and effort you saved me providing these sources and confirmations. I just had a conversation with a trainer at my gym this morning in which she basically uttered the equivalent of "Muh science" when I said I wasn't getting the bulletin shot.
Think I'll print all of these out and put them in a folder for her.
Thats good to hear. Well mostly be around the uppers for 5 days.
Thanks for the heads up about key west. When you say "on duval" do you mean in the shops or out on the street?
Really just trying to avoid being hassled on my vacation. Don't want to be places where people are gonna act like ass hats ya know.
Thanks!
I want a few acres, enough land and space to feel safe and alone, but also not be more than 15 min from a small town with essentials, and a bigger city within 45 minutes.
?Any ideas of areas to checkout?
My best recommendation is to look in Central Texas. For example, you can find land in a county area outside of city limits that is close to lots of little town with small grocery stores and a gas station or two. Then be within reach of a place like Waco (and it's surrounding areas). Lots of people actually live in these smaller areas and commute into Waco.
Just for example, you could get outside of a town like Crawford or Valley Mills. They'd be your "small town with essentials" with Waco being the "bigger city." Let me know if you'd like to know anything. Happy to help a red man trapped in a blue state.
1 > I didn't even see your post yesterday
2 > Who would commit to a cause site unseen?
You want people to phone bank? Post a specific topic and target. You can't really expect people to sign up for "sure, I'll agree to do whatever this random stranger says." We're kind of the OPPOSITE of those kinds of people. lol
I've contacted my reps here in Texas about getting the secession bill a hearing. People do their part. We just need posts about SPECIFIC subjects and targets to make voices heard.
I'm seeing a disturbing amount of usage of the term "operating systems" and "software."
I'm not being injected with fucking "software." They'll never get that shit in me. I'm not taking a fucking DNA changing vaccine.... fuck 100% of that.
ABSOLUTELY! They could do vouchers for transportation. Just like Uber was doing for voting. Need to ride the bus to the DMV? Sure. Just make an appointment online and get a voucher to ride the bus. Or pay for the bus ride and let the DMV give you a voucher to get back home, plus another free ride after that to make up for the one you paid for.
