I don't know that much about her. Actually looking closer the fact that she was appointed by Jeb Bush could mean that she may be Bush-connected in some way, which could be a negative at this point.
On the plus side, her confirmation vote was very lop-sided in her favor.
If Trump wanted to go with a Yale grad, he would go with https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sarah_Pitlyk. The problem with that nomination is that Sarah Pitlyk's confirmation was extremely close, down to the wire.
Quite likely Trump could go with a fairly moderate nomination to avoid triggering a strong reactionary vote against his Supreme Court nomination.
I'm still reading through Trump's list of potential nominees.
I'm assuming Trump would go with a woman, to maintain the balance of 3 women on the Supreme Court.
My money is on Barbara Lagoa to get the nomination.
