President Donald Trump’s winning path for the 2020 election runs through the state legislatures in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, Nevada, and Arizona, says top Trump campaign attorney Jenna Ellis.
Using Pennsylvania as an example, Ellis said that the state’s legislature had filed in support of Texas in an interstate election lawsuit brought by the Lone Star State to the Supreme Court, which has since been dismissed.
“One of the great things that came out of that case is that the Pennsylvania State Legislature, their leadership in both the House and the Senate, filed an amicus brief admitting to the Supreme Court and telling the Supreme Court that they agreed with Texas that their state’s laws in the administration of the 2020 election were not followed,” Ellis told The Epoch Times’ American Thought Leaders on Dec. 16.
“That gives them the basis through their investigations, their findings, all of the testimony and evidence presented by the mayor and myself at that hearing, for Pennsylvania to reclaim under Article II Section 1.2 of the U.S. Constitution, they can reclaim their authority to select the slate of delegates,” Ellis continued.
“And so they have every opportunity to call themselves back into an electoral session for the purpose of voting on which slate of delegates they’re going to send. So that is what should happen in each of these six states prior to Jan. 6.”
Ellis made the remarks in response to a question about what scenario the Trump campaign envisions unfolding after Dec. 14. That day the Electoral College cast its votes for the next president with Republican electors casting dueling votes in New Mexico and the six states Ellis mentioned. The Biden electors in each of the seven states also cast votes, setting up a “dueling electors” scenario not seen in U.S. elections for decades.
The governors in each state certified the Biden electors, with the Trump electors casting votes that the state legislatures can substantiate by convening special legislative sessions.
“I know that Georgia is looking at this very closely. Also Michigan with the Antrim County report that came out with all of those, not just irregularities but sheer percentages of discrepancies and all of the violations of law that occurred in Michigan. So in Michigan, as well as Arizona, and also in Wisconsin,” Ellis said.
“I think that once one state actually calls an electoral session and is willing to run that resolution to vote by simple majority and say, ‘We’re not going to allow corrupted, false certifications to prevail in terms of how we select our delegates’ … If one state is willing to do this, I think others will follow,'” she said.
We sit down with constitutional law attorney Jenna Ellis, a member of the Trump campaign legal team, to get an update on their legal efforts, and what she expects the future holds.

Senate Leader Mitch McConnell Warns Republican Senators Not To Challenge 2020 Election Results
The leftist spin in the Politico article is purposeful in reference to their alignment with the Democrats; however, the substantive content of the article is accurate. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, and his Decepticon henchmen (Thune, Blunt and Barasso), warn the republicans not to object during the January 6th certification the electors.
If a republican senator objects to the election certification, a roll-call vote within the chamber will be required and McConnell doesn’t want the optic of Republican senators voting to affirm Joe Biden as the president-elect. McConnell fears the sunlight.
In the final analysis it all comes down to a very familiar place for long-term CTH red-pilled readers. The UniParty has two wings, but it is still one bird. McConnell is in control of the Senate and he has earnestly worked against the interests of President Trump for the past four years. CTH has tried to point this issue out since 2011, now we see more people starting to wake up and pay attention.
DC has one interest, the maintenance of their system. It is a simple yet frustrating reality to admit that only one party currently exists within Washington DC; however, that is the unfortunate reality. The processes within DC are created to protect themselves against us, the people.
Other than President Trump, approximately half of America doesn’t have a representative voice in Washington DC. It is very frustrating.
MUST READ BY ALL PEDES. Sundance at The Conservative Treehouse wrote a brilliant expose of McConnell.

Audrey Strauss, the Acting United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, William F. Sweeney Jr., Assistant Director-in-Charge of the New York Field Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”), and Dermot Shea, Commissioner of the New York City Police Department (“NYPD”), announced the unsealing of a nine-count indictment charging Canadian fashion executive PETER J. NYGARD, 79, with racketeering, sex trafficking, and related crimes arising out of a decades-long pattern of criminal conduct involving at least dozens of victims in the United States, the Bahamas, and Canada, among other locations.
NYGARD was taken into custody on December 14, 2020, in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada by Canadian authorities after the United States requested Canada issue a Provisional Arrest Warrant pursuant to the extradition treaty between the two countries.
The case has been assigned to United States District Judge Paul G. Gardephe. As alleged in the Indictment unsealed today in Manhattan federal court.
From at least in or about 1995, up to and including in or about 2020, PETER J. NYGARD was the leader and founder of an international clothing design, manufacturing, and supply business headquartered in Winnipeg, Canada, with major offices and warehouses in the United States, including New York City and California. NYGARD operated a constellation of corporate entities organized in various countries (the “Nygard Group”). Over this 25-year period, NYGARD used the Nygard Group’s influence, as well as its employees, funds, and other resources, to recruit and maintain adult and minor-aged female victims for NYGARD’s sexual gratification and the sexual gratification of his friends and business associates. NYGARD and his co-conspirators, including Nygard Group employees, used force, fraud, and coercion to cause women and minors to have sex with NYGARD and others.
NYGARD frequently targeted women and minor-aged girls who came from disadvantaged economic backgrounds and/or who had a history of abuse. He controlled his victims through threats, false promises of modeling opportunities and other career advancement, financial support, and by other coercive means, including constant surveillance, restrictions of movement, and physical isolation. NYGARD forcibly sexually assaulted some of his victims. Other victims were forcibly assaulted by NYGARD’s associates or drugged to ensure their compliance with his sexual demands.
NYGARD maintained personal and quasi-professional relationships with certain of his victims, whom he referred to as “girlfriends” or “assistants.” NYGARD required these “girlfriends” to travel and to stay with him regularly; to engage in sexual activity at his direction (including with NYGARD, with each other, and with others); and to recruit new women and minor-aged girls for NYGARD to have sex with. NYGARD controlled these “girlfriends” through a variety of means, including force, fraud, and coercion. At times, NYGARD and his associates provided illegal drugs and alcohol to “girlfriends” before sexual activity and threatened or berated “girlfriends” if they did not agree to participate. NYGARD sometimes forcibly assaulted “girlfriends” who did not comply with NYGARD’s sexual demands – or caused others to do so. NYGARD dictated the daily activities of “girlfriends” and the details of their appearance. “Girlfriends” were also under constant surveillance by NYGARD and his associates and were not permitted to leave premises without NYGARD’s express permission.
NYGARD used various tools to recruit women and minors for sex, including:
- Events hosted at NYGARD’s properties in Marina del Rey, California and in the Bahamas, including so-called “Pamper Parties,” named for the free food, drink, and spa services that NYGARD made available. NYGARD frequently used a “girlfriend” or another employee to approach a chosen woman or girl to indicate his interest in sex. NYGARD engaged in sexual activity with the victim on the premises and paid her cash. Some unwilling participants, including minors, were drugged to force their compliance with his sexual demands. Other victims had no advance warning of NYGARD’s interest in sexual activity before being lured to a secluded area of the property where NYGARD used physical force and/or psychological pressure to coerce sex.
- Sex and “swingers” clubs, where NYGARD directed and pressured “girlfriends” through manipulation, intimidation, degradation, threats and, on occasion, force, to engage in sex with other men in order to facilitate NYGARD having sex with other women and for his own sexual gratification.
- Sexual “swaps” with male friends and business associates, who would bring NYGARD a “date” for sex in exchange for sexual access to one of NYGARD’s “girlfriends.” NYGARD did not inform “girlfriends” in advance that he would trade them for sex and often used manipulation, intimidation, degradation, and threats to ensure compliance.
NYGARD paid his victims for commercial sex using Nygard Group funds, including by putting “girlfriends” on the payroll of Nygard Group entities as “models,” “assistants,” or in other positions. NYGARD also used the façade of legitimacy his fashion business created – as well as the Nygard Group’s business operations, reputation, and resources – to facilitate and conceal his crimes in other ways. Among other things, NYGARD used the promise of modeling and other fashion industry jobs to lure victims, Nygard Group money to fund “Pamper Parties,” and Nygard Group employees to recruit potential victims to attend those parties, including screening attendees for their physical appearance to confirm that NYGARD would find them attractive, and maintaining a register of Pamper Party attendees’ personal information, documenting their names, contact information, weight, and physical measurements. NYGARD also used Nygard Group employees and funds to intimidate, threaten, and corruptly persuade individuals who alleged that he was engaged in sexual assault and sex trafficking, including by paying witnesses for false statements and affidavits, threatening witnesses with arrest, prosecution, and reputational harm, and attempting to cause reputational harm and discredit potential witnesses by disseminating false or embarrassing information.
Ms. Strauss praised the outstanding investigative work of the FBI and the NYPD.
The case is being handled by the Office’s Violent and Organized Crime Unit. Assistant United States Attorneys Jacqueline C. Kelly, Allison Nichols, and Celia V. Cohen are in charge of the prosecution.

White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany suggested President Donald Trump will not concede any time soon, saying he is “still involved in ongoing lawsuits” challenging the election.
Monday’s Election College vote is “one step in the constitutional process leading up to the Jan. 20th date,” or Inauguration Day, McEnany said at the White House on Tuesday. “He is still pursuing ongoing litigation for this election,” she said.
Electors in all 50 states cast their votes, with former Vice President Joe Biden and Sen. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.) receiving 306 votes to Trump’s 232. However, the Republican parties in several key states such as Arizona, Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Georgia said their electors cast votes for Trump and Vice President Mike Pence; they said those votes were cast to keep legal challenges open for the president.
Georgia GOP Chair David Shafer wrote that the move was due to a lawsuit in Georgia filed by Trump’s team. “Had we not met today and cast our votes, the president’s pending election contest would have been effectively mooted. Our action today preserves his rights under Georgia law,” he said in a statement. A similar statement was issued by the Pennsylvania GOP on Monday.
McEnany on Tuesday also dismissed a reporter’s question asking whether Trump is trying to de-legitimize millions of votes.
“I think pursuing legitimate litigation through the judicial system is in no way assaulting democracy” and is using “institutions in the manner they are to be used to pursue legitimate claims with sworn affidavits and additional evidence,” she said. The press secretary noted the real “assault on Democracy” is how Trump faced yearslong pressure and accusations from media outlets and Democratic politicians claiming that he colluded with Russia, which ultimately resulted in then-special counsel Robert Mueller’s report saying he found no evidence of collusion in the 2016 election.
Her remarks came as Rep. Mo Brooks (R-Ala.) again said he would try to challenge the Electoral College votes for several key states during the Joint Session of Congress on Jan. 6 when the votes are read. It’s unclear, however, if such a bid would gain traction among Republicans in Congress.
“Apparently, some folks have not done their history. By way of example, the Democrats in the House tried it in 2017 when they tried to strike Alabama’s votes for Donald Trump,” Brooks told Fox Business on Monday evening. “Georgia, the same way, the House Democrats tried to strike it. Barbara Boxer tried to strike Ohio for George Bush back in 2005, so this is not unusual. The law is very clear, the House of Representatives in combination with the United States Senate has the lawful authority to accept or reject Electoral College vote submissions from states that have such flawed election systems that they’re not worthy of our trust.”

Arizona GOP Chairwoman Kelli Ward said that her state’s Republican Electoral College electors, who on Monday cast their votes for President Donald Trump, believe they are the electors that “represent the legally cast votes in our state.”
Republican electors in seven states, including Arizona, on Monday cast their Electoral College-style votes for Trump, which critics argue are merely symbolic and have no force of law. Meanwhile, in the same seven states, which have officially certified the election for presidential candidate Joe Biden, formally appointed Democrat electors to cast their votes for the former vice president, setting up a possible showdown when Congress meets on Jan. 6 to review the potentially competing sets of electoral votes.
Ward, who serves as one of Arizona’s 11 GOP electors, told NTD Television’s “The Nation Speaks” on Monday that she believes Republican electors in all the states in question share her perspective that they represent the legitimately-cast votes in the November election, which she said was marred by irregularities and allegations of fraud.
“It was required as part of our duties so that, on January 6, the correct electors can be recognized whenever Congress gets back together,” Ward said. “If the true electors were not sent, then that would also create more chaos than we already have,” she added, echoing the perspective of GOP representatives in other battleground states who described the reasoning behind casting a competing set of electoral votes.
“We took this procedural vote to preserve any legal claims that may be presented going forward,” said Bernie Comfort, Trump’s Pennsylvania campaign chairman, in a statement put out by the Pennsylvania GOP. “This was in no way an effort to usurp or contest the will of Pennsylvania voters.”
David Shafer, the Chairman of the Georgia Republican Party, said in a statement on Twitter that because Trump’s lawsuit contesting the Georgia election is still pending, the Republican nominees for Presidential Elector convened on Monday to cast their votes for Trump and Vice President Mike Pence.
“Had we not [met] today and cast our votes, the President’s pending election contest would have been effectively mooted. Our action today preserves his rights under Georgia law,” Shafer said.
Republican electors in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Arizona, Georgia, Wisconsin, New Mexico, and Nevada all cast alternative votes for Trump on Monday. While these GOP votes did not appear to have the backing of any governor or state legislature, it is presumed these votes will be transmitted to Congress for consideration during the Joint Session of Congress when the House of Representatives and Senate meet on Jan. 6 to count the votes and declare a winner of the presidential contest.
The Epoch Times reached out to the Republican majority leaders in these states asking whether the GOP electoral votes had the formal support of any legislators, but did not immediately get a response.
According to the U.S. Code, when the House and Senate meet, they have to look into “all the certificates and papers purporting to be certificates of the electoral votes.” Several Republican members of Congress have said they would attempt to object to the counting of the Electoral College votes for some states, which would then trigger a series of debates and votes.
According to the York Daily Record, six Republican congressman from Pennsylvania have said they would vote against the formally certified electoral vote in their home state.
White House adviser Stephen Miller told Fox News on Monday morning that the votes cast by the alternate groups of GOP electors could lead to Trump’s reelection.
“The only date in the Constitution is January 20. So we have more than enough time to right the wrong of this fraudulent election result and certify Donald Trump as the winner of the election,” Miller said on “Fox & Friends,” referring to Inauguration Day. “As we speak today, an alternate slate of electors in the contested states is going to vote, and we’re going to send those results up to Congress,” he added.
Rep. Ted Lieu (D-Calif.) said Miller’s suggestion is impossible.
“Under the law, both the House and Senate would need to agree to object to the real electors and accept the fake electors. There is 0.00 chance the House reverses the election,” he wrote on Twitter.
Since Election Day, Trump and third-party groups have pursued legal challenges to the outcome of the election in six states. None of the efforts have so far borne fruit, including an interstate Supreme Court challenge brought by Texas and backed by 19 Republican attorneys general.
