Made this program to just change pictures enough to maybe not get auto censored on social media. It can also make simple Text memes. It runs locally in the web browser and doesn't send or receive anything. You can even just save the whole page locally and run it. Just load an image and play around with the settings. Then right click save image or click the save image link. I'm not a web developer so it is really rough.

I made a little HTML program that you can run in your browser to maybe make pictures harder for social media to auto censor. I just got all the basics working. It basically just adds a border with random shapes and you can adjust the size of the border and add a bit of transparency. You can also change the jpg quality and size of the image. I am pretty bad at web programming but I kept it to just basic HTML stuff so you can save the page to your computer and run it locally. It doesn’t use any external servers or libraries. It is really rough right now but it seems to work for me.

Save the file and then run it in your browser. The file is long because I had to include some java script I found online to encode to jpg because I couldn't get the browser to jpg encode. It kept saving to png.
