NeuralLink is the receiver of electrical signals between neurons. It is not a transmitter. It does not transmit signals and noone knows how to create the signal that our brain would understand, it's just electrical noise. There is no transmitter. Therefore it's uni-directional.

That's not how neural link works. It uses AI to detect spikes in brainwaves to transform thoughts of motions into movements for your mouse or touchscreen. It's not bidirectional, you can't implant thoughts or read your internal dialogue. You only get a rough reading of basic movements.
