Ok so my thought process is reversed.
You want it to be set back earlier, as you describe, so IF something is found, Dean, Bob and Marge can escalate the issues from the 27th until whenever they are resolved. Essentially hold the "court" hostage.
If the 30th stood, there would be no time to contest anything and the state could just say "all is good, certify now!" and trump(us) would be SOL in WI.
Is that right?
So again, a small win on our end.
Why? I don't understand why it is good to push this back to the 27th. If the certification takes place on the 1st, isn't the best thing to have it be on the 30th? Because ANY hiccup then creates a massive issue which means on the 1st (the next day) they can't certify.
Now with it being the 27th, they have 3 days to conjure up more BS right?
But what good does that do us? If they just recount the fraud BS, then it gets certified on Dec 1, right?
So the point of what just happened was, they moved the date of... the audit to be complete by the 27th, right?
And the issue is, if they find irregularities and issues, then those machines could be audited/reviewed/examined and therefore, Dec 1 comes and passes and WI has not certified for the electoral college.
What is the point of moving the audit/recount date from the 30th to the 27th?
