The barcodes in this video are only for the ballot style. The unique identifying information is only on the envelope. Once the ballot is separated from the envelope it is impossible to identify who's it was.

That being said, there should exists records of how many of each ballot style was ordered. Run them through a scanner and add them up. More than likely there exists more than what was ordered.

Since 2018 Maricopa has allowed weeks long early voting. You show up to any polling location, present your voter ID or drivers license, they print you a ballot, you mark said ballot and drop it in a box. This happens for several days. Fraudsters with 1000's of fake IDs printed in China rotate through the fake IDs and hit dozens of polling locations each day. Nobody is going to remember that they already voted.

This is why early voting and print on demand ballots are a BAD IDEA. It opens so many avenues for fraud. Now combine this with face diapers and rubber gloves which you are required to wear. No finger prints, no verifiable surveillance video.

Unless the GOP is doing the same thing (which they aren't) Mark Kelly will replace Martha McSally in the Senate.
