Obviously we would take care of people with diseases that are no fault of their own - but we need personal responsibility to be part of the system otherwise we will never have our health care system work properly. The health care industry profits off people making dumb decision and ruining their body - they have no financial interest in getting people to be personally responsible.
Should be a wakeup call to anyone with "comorbidities" - ie living an unhealthy life. If you are overweight, have heart disease, diabetes etc, you should be doing everything you can to correct it. If they can release a disease that targets you, shouldn't you be taking every chance you have at fighting back?
It is your personal responsibility to be healthy. If you are religious (christian) understand that Christ likened the body to a temple - would you desecrate the temple of God? Then why do you treat your own body like a trash heap?
basically if congress decides to fight trump, the bill isn't signed and govt shuts down on the 29th of December - congress would have to wait 45 days (working days) for this to work. I don't think they can deal with a full shutdown considering Trump is asking for something VERY popular to the citizens (removing money to other countries for example). Trump is going to come out of this with more popularity than ever because he will turn a lot of liberals.
