The national guard is under the complete control of the president. The governor can deploy them.
But the President at anytime can take control over those units. Governors act like a commander. But the President is the commander and chief.
That being said, If Trump didn't want the national guard they wouldn't be. There is ~15,000 soldiers in DC ( not fucking normal ) the only reason why they would be there is if Trump wants them there. Trump wouldn't designate an emergency in DC if it wasn't in his favor.
Anyone who claims to be close to the president who hasn't back stabbed him says he will be president for the next four years. Anyone who claims that has been silenced to include the Q people.
One thing I know is Trump seems to always have a Plan. I have faith he does and I'll follow that plan.

I have been redpilled a long time ago. I was that guy saying something doesn't add up about 9/11. I never trusted the official story. Been talking about the deep state for a long long time.
I joined the Air Force as a crypto-linguist I wanted to be the first line of intel. Learned Urdu. Was doing that all during the Obama years. When Obama was bombing the shit out of Pakistan. I got out of the Air Force.
I Tried living the civilian life but the intelligence field made me jaded. I could see through all the bullshit. Because I knew how propaganda worked. Because I knew how corrupt people think. Because nothing they say on the TV in any country had any shred of truth to what is actually happening. I fell into a depression and did everything I could to reenlist. I missed the military.
I reenlisted to become a Russian linguist in the ARMY. Transitioned over into cyber security. I realized what kind of technology is being used against us. I know because we used it against our enemies. Weaponized AI algorithms designed to do one thing change your mind.
I recently just got out of the ARMY. I am 90% disabled according to the VA. And I struggle with PTSD. I got married and have had a baby.
I found the Donald back in 2016. I never imagined this kind of movement I see more and more people becoming red pilled.
You guys make me feel sane. Last time I felt that way was when I was in the military. You guys are my second family. I think what is happening here is the most exciting thing in my life!
None of them know what a Fascist is. Fascism is a FORM OF ECONOMY. Not a form of government.
Most confuse fascism with autocracy or authoritarianism. Because those were the vehicles used in the 20th century to create fascist economies.
In a fascist economy there is private ownership but the government has 100% regulatory power over the economy. Basically run the business the best you can but ultimately government decides what you do. Every aspect of the economy is controlled in a top down approach.
Communism is basically the same thing but the state owns everything .
Capitalism is private ownership with little to no regulation. I find this fact funny because fascism is essentially a form of SOCIALISM. Which is what these guys want.
You can't call the economy they want a Fascist economy because WW2 seared into the minds of men that FASCISM IS WRONG.
over the years people who liked fascist ideas attempted to change the definition of the word fascism. Repackage and rebrand fascism as something new and sounds less evil like socialism or democratic socialism.
The problem with people on the left today is they are exactly the type of people who were manipulated by the Nazi Party in 1930's Germany.
