They're with holding evidence, they're pulling bullshit left and right that has to get sustained, they throw fits every hour, they have an entire TEAM against Chauvin's two lawyers, they've spent AT LEAST 1.5 million dollars on "experts" and they couldn't even establish intent. They didn't even TRY to establish intent.
In order for Murder to be Murder, there needs to be intent. It's not there. So, Murder is out. That leaves Manslaughter 3. Which, considering the circumstances, there's so much doubt as to what actually killed Floyd, that you can't say Chauvin killed him beyond a reasonable doubt.
So I'd imagine it's going to go to a hung jury that ends in a mistrial, the state will decline to re prosecute due to cost, and then Minneapolis will be set ablaze.
But even if they convict him, Manslaughter 3 is 5 years. That won't be enough for BLM. They'll riot. They'd fucking riot if he got the death penalty. Because it's not about justice.
