Go back to paper ballots. No more machines. All hard ballots are kept on record for 8 years. They're required to be scanned and uploaded to servers after the election forever. Those scans can be viewed by submitting a FOIA. Anyone can submit. It doesn't cost anything to file FOIA.
All voter rolls are purged every election. It should be unlawful to be able to use previous years voter rolls. Vote harvesting should be illegal in all states. Absentee voting should be kept to an absolute minimum. I'm talking like 0.6% tops. Anything more automatically triggers audits. Any adjudication (shouldn't need it with paper ballots) over 1% should trigger and audit.
It's also "backed" with "oversight" by the Federal Government.
That alone should speak volumes.

If he's indicted, there should be an arrest warrant for him as the indictment is literally the criminal complaint validated. Are prosecutors declining to press charges? Indictments are Grand Jury things. There's probable cause to say that there is a likelyhood that he committed the offense(s) and is now compelled to answer for the accusation. If he was indicted, that means prosecutors have brought those charges to the grand jury for consideration. Typically, Federal Courts use indictments/Grand Juries. It's not a normal thing to use for state courts unless you're like New York, or you're trying to fuck up someone that's famous or high profile. The prosecutors don't want to look like they're being partisan or running a witch hunt so they toss it to the public so if they have to arrest the dude, they can say "not my fault, the public looked at it and they determined that there is enough here to charge you".
If he has an indictment though, where's the grand jury? Where's the verdict of the grand jury? Where's the charging documents? Where's the arrest warrant? Where's the bond? Where's the pre trial hearings?
