An old friend of mine told me this, and I'm paraphrasing...

"Marrkus," he'd say. "When it comes to the stock market, you only need to be right 50% of the time."

"What do you mean?" I'd ask.

Old friend replied, "You see, when you are right you just ride that stock until it is time to sell. But when you are wrong, you can catch it quick and dump it. So when you are right you can make terrific gains, and when you start to lose you can staunch the bleeding before you've bottomed out."

"So that's the trick?" says me.

"That and don't fall in love with any stock no matter how good it has been to you," he said with an air of finality.

You have to remember AOC's position:

She believes the elite should give money back to the little guy. WSB is in her eyes the little guy and anything she can do to help them get ahead is good at the elites expense.

Ted Cruz believes if free markets.

Their world views are not the same and only line up on the similar result but not the same result.

I don't disagree, this is just what I read out of the Georgia recount. That ballots flagged for adjudication are "adjudicated", the original ballot destroyed and the new digital adjudicated ballot is the official ballot.

So as I read it, when they count the ballots, they had to print out like 170k from Dominion machines because the originals were in "error".

It isn't that complicated. Brokers took a risk thinking it was an easy win. Turns out, it wasn't an easy win.

I bear no hatred of kids or different ethnic backgrounds, but Irish culture is worth preserving.

I enjoyed reading Shakespeare. I'm not as literary as I would like to be but I wish my high school has introduced Dostoyevsky to me when I was a young man.

Schools don't teach kids how to think and as a result much of the older books are lost on children.

My brother is the guy on the left. It doesn't matter what evidence you present, that's not actual evidence.

As I've heard it, diversity being successful is based around the idea that a homogenous people will use traditional methods to solve a problem and they will solve the problem faster using that traditional method since they are all on the same page.

With diversity, they take longer to solve the problem, but supposedly their solution to the problem will be new method that is "ground breaking". I've yet to see evidence for this.

What I have seen is evidence that suggests that diversity causes social disunion and distrust amongst neighbors and in society.

There are many reasons but I think the primary reason is this:

While I accept the notion that a priest is only a man, he really is more than a man. He has sacrificed himself to God and is therefore holy. I should be able to trust my children with a priest more so than any other individual on the planet, perhaps more than myself. When a priest commits the wretched act of fornication or in the case of this post, the rape of a minor, he is violating that sacred holiness by desecration. It is far worse than if I raped a minor, I did not vow before God to set myself apart from all others and to be that earthly visage of celibacy, poverty, and obedience.

In short, they focus on the church because the church deserves the focus.

Not the same as the Knight's Templar though they wish they were. It is like the Church of Satan, which quite literally has nothing to do with worship if Lucifer since they are atheists.

Masons stole the symbols and tried to co-opt the prestige of dissolved holy order of knights.

They are Trans-Templars.

Douay-Rheims. It is poetic, it is a very accurate translation of the vulgate, and it includes the important books that others discarded without authority.

This is an excellent point as well. The adjudication rates should be concerning to everyone. They easily try and blame it on a misprint of a ballot, but that should make the ballot null-and-void.

Another thing is that it should log who did the adjudication and I don't think it does.

I agree with this statement.

I keep seeing articles popping up that the government needs to spend more money and that governments can't go bankrupt.

When I ask people about the Weimar Republic, they look at me and ask "what's that?"

So long as they can get their hands on the source code used on that particular night. State workers do not keep accurate records of what firmware is installed at what time. Usually because it is not required and there is no incentive too.

I didn't even know it was that time of year for the super bowl. How funny.
