Way I see it, any conspiracy theory that blames only one group of elites is naive. Chinese elites, Jewish elites, middle eastern elites, European elites, usually have more to gain by working together to exploit the entire world's non-elites than competing with each other, except for the odd war here and there, and a lot of wars are probably for mutual profit and friendly competition.
