I like your moxie. I feel obligated to mention however that HIPAA has no such restriction.

I assume he will play the part of the executioner as well.

By improve they mean more efficiently install the candidates of their choosing.

Sure might be bait. Might also be an honest recognition of the current state. I share your apparent disgust with secret police presence here, but let’s look at reality. There is already legislation pending to legalize the corrupt tactics of the last election. They have begun shutting down the ability to run for office of any “patriot” including banishing them from communication networks and the financial system. The leadership of the Republican Party clearly isn’t going to allow any “patriot” candidates. Just publicly associating yourself with anything “patriot” can get you fired from many businesses. They have already labeled us here as cyber criminals and terrorists. They are encouraging your neighbors to turn you in to the FBI. So better advice might be that it is ok to recognize that the game has changed but not recommended to discuss on a public forum or with anyone you don’t really know what might be an effective strategy going forward.

Election didn’t count and if nothing changes they will continue to be a charade. Posting this does get us somewhere as clearly not everyone accepts this. I’m looking at you “we just need to vote them out” crowd. Sufficient numbers need to accept this fact to get momentum behind what needs to be done.

So what needs to be done and a harder question is how do we bring about that change without a visit from the authorities and a trip to the Gulag? Saying “change it” simply points out the obvious “gets us nowhere”

You are assuming that the party leadership will even allow those individuals to run or fund them if they do. The party is corrupt and there is no effective way to remove the leadership other than starving them to death by not donating. Even then it will take forever as they will continue to get funding from corrupt sources like the Chamber of Commerce. Please explain to me how it is "stupid" to understand that voting someone out is not an effective solution in a system that controls who is allowed to run and how many votes they get? Let me tell you what is "insane" continuing to do the same thing over and over again expecting different results. What is it we are trying to fix? The Republican Party? I don't give a shit about the Party. I want to fix the USA.

What is the Party other than a collection of individuals agreeing to support a set of principles? If we can't agree on the principles nor trust the individuals to support those principles there is nothing but a name.

That depends on the principles upon which the party is based. Draw a big enough circle and you can include all of those groups and more mainstream walkaways type democrats as well. Of course, none of it matters if elections are rigged.

The problem is the “America is a nation of laws” part. It certainly appears those laws only apply to some of us. If that is true, the social compact is broken. In that circumstance we are left to choose between being victims of those who are above the law or fight them with all we have.

I thought so too the first video I watched. After seeing this one on the Washington Post I'm not so sure. https://www.washingtonpost.com/investigations/2021/01/08/ashli-babbitt-shooting-video-capitol/

Unless you build it yourself, there is always a bit of faith involved. I can say that very smart and experienced cyber security experts use it including government trained professionals.

Correct HIPAA. From the Office for Civil Rights the enforcement agency for HIPAA

“We call the entities that must follow the HIPAA regulations "covered entities."

Covered entities include:

Health Plans, including health insurance companies, HMOs, company health plans, and certain government programs that pay for health care, such as Medicare and Medicaid.

Most Health Care Providers—those that conduct certain business electronically, such as electronically billing your health insurance—including most doctors, clinics, hospitals, psychologists, chiropractors, nursing homes, pharmacies, and dentists.

Health Care Clearinghouses—entities that process nonstandard health information they receive from another entity into a standard (i.e., standard electronic format or data content), or vice versa.

In addition, business associates of covered entities must follow parts of the HIPAA regulations.”

That is their primary tactic. We see it at the DOJ and we see it in Congress. They produce political theater for us and when audience attendance starts to die down they quietly shut down the show.

I'm guessing it's what happens when a one-horse town gets drunk with a one-trick pony. Nine months later one horse pony.

Or they just figured it would take more time for the public to forget about it so need to stretch it out longer. I like your interpretation better. Unfortunately, history has shown a common approach the swamp uses is to slow roll things until they lose steam and are forgotten.

“On the other hand, if your PDF file was originally authored using simpler PDF generation methods, such as “print to PDF” or “scan to PDF” options, Adobe Acrobat Export PDF converts any recognizable text and then uses sophisticated conversion intelligence to preserve as much of the page layout as possible.” So if someone used “print to pdf” somewhere in the process, issues can occur. Again I have no idea what the process was but to say Adobe software is 100% accurate all the time is not true.

Not saying it is the case here but yes Adobe software does. I had this problem just a week ago when trying to print to pdf. There can be an embedded font issue that introduces errors. Adobe Explanation
