Peanut butter. No cooking required, high calorie, cheap, no fridge needed even after you open it.

Pretty much. I don't think They would allow it even if Texas was serious about it. We're all stuck in this handbasket together.

Texas should secede. I say this as someone who lives there (eight years and joyfully counting) who might have a lot to lose if that happens, who was not born in this state but kind of desperately wants one of those signs that says "...but I got here as fast as I could!"

Enough already. At a certain point in a relationship it's time to say, "Yanno, this, just isn't ever going to work out."

Do I think this could happen? (sigh) At the moment, sadly, no, I don't. But I'd love love love to see that I was wrong about that.

I've never been treated so kindly or felt so safe as I do in Texas. Home at last and grateful to be here, FTR.

....the lack of decorative upper edge? Or the success in actually keeping people on one side of it? Or the fact that the less pretty it is the less easy it is to climb?

RIGHT? But never mind, shh: Trump and not allowing infinity brown people forever is waycis, therefore this is art. I can't. And yet I must. I hate it so much.

I'm shit at math yet I just guessed generously that each of those people are six feet tall. I skipped caring about bent knees and upreaching arms. So it's twenty-ish feet tall and designed damn near like one of those walls you climb at weird gyms or on weird Nickelodeon shows. Yep, we should definitely stop trying to have walls, then, I guess. No other design could ever be possible, clearly.

I wanted to ask her if she has WALLS on her house or locks her door at night but I was gently talked out of it. He's right, I mean: if you think that is brilliant there's nothing I can say that will help matters, probably. Half sad and half infuriating.

EDIT: Some words, some beer, some math, some edits.

The most infuriating part is that they SHARE them so proudly, dare I say it smugly, and then get a zillion updoots for this embarrassing trash. It's like having a toddler go YEAH WELL YOU'RE A POOPYHEAD and then high-five all their friends over that sick burn. Except all their friends are the entire media both social and legacy and the next week of TV and your FB feed is covering how stupid THEY made YOU look. Hello, next beer, my old friend. Sighing goes here.

Edit: I got better at it or something

Some animals are more equal than others...I mean, it's okay when THEY do it, but it's violence and shameful when WE do it. See how that works?

Now I know why my cat makes that noise when he has a hairball, I've felt like that for about eight hours now.

I humbly suggest that perhaps those aren't two different things. What happened--and what didn't--is of great importance to your imminent squish's well being, just IMO.

Of course they are, my understanding is that she adopted her kids from Haiti, though? I withdraw my remark if that's not the case.

They sure did instantly all run to the TV cameras to scold and bitch about how suddenly a few dragged apart fences and broken windows are "violence" and must never EVER be done no matter how mad you are, too.

Antifa and BLM doing that for months? Crickets, unless they were giving them headpats and fistbumps all over the place and sternly telling the rest of us that setting fire to small businesses and looting stores wasn't violent in the least. And Twitter that was just fine with THAT violence being encouraged.

Hoxx VPN is free, surprisingly not draggy-ass slow, and you can pick whatever country you want. Gets around that "This content is blocked in your region," nonsense pretty often too.

And if they get their way, that will be exactly the case. The UK is a fine example of what that horror looks like IRL. No right to defend yourself and not even allowed to complain about it.

They really do think "debunked" means, "My friends and I don't like this."

mcccxxxiv 5 points ago +5 / -0

They really are seeing "ending small businesses" as a GIANT perk in all this.

Don't worry, citizens--our gigantic corporate overlords will be happy to step in--with crap wages, repellent working conditions, overpriced junk products and mandatory racial sensitivity training. You can just go work for them again, like you probably fought all your life to start a small business to finally escape... 😡

It seems to work like the second half of The Neverending Story, though....he loses a memory for every wish he gets granted....
