They never left. If you honestly think all royalists left to Canada as United Empire Loyalists you're delusional. Most of them remained to poison the political discourse. Their imperial ambitions led directly to the civil war, to our involvement in the world wars, and to current events. The reluctance to reject imperialists because some of them are friends and family is why this keeps happening and will keep happening. Until you're willing to set your own house in order the swamp will never be drained.
This. Whenever you hear this bullshit about the lawsuits being dismissed as without merit, repeat after me: Lack of Standing, Ripeness, Laches, and Improper Venue. These are just some of the supposed procedural defects used to dismiss every single suit. Not once were any of the substantive issues permitted to go to trial. Evidence was never heard.
The moral of the story: Nobody! Nobody... is ever going to just step in and single-handedly save you and take care of it all for you. Sorry to say it, but Q, and not even Jesus is going to float down and thrash the tyrannical leaders into hellfire and brimstone. It is a delusional mind trap to fall into.
There's another moral you should prrobably take to heart: If anyone does step in and take care of it for you, they're probably going to look real hard at your moral cowardice and decide you need to be chucked in the oven with the rest of the reprobates that made this happen. The wages of cowardice are death. Expect it.
I think they'd prefer this thing to be resolved in the courts, but the courts are systematically refusing to hear any arguments. The House remains the final judge of its returns, so in that regard they may have no other choice if they wish to preserve free and fair elections... it's either that or fold... or, you know, call out the army and do something useful for once.
Really? I would've thought it would've been more like...
