I started reading our brief: the lawyers did good. I'm hopeful the 3rd Circuit will be fair.

I've worked with lawyers on appeal cases - as is typical with any litigation, appeals can take a LONG time. The fastest ones can take months to resolve. So the fact that the appeal was filed last week, and it was granted today, with the brief in support due TODAY and the reply due tomorrow? That is unheard of. It's very good that the Court agrees and lets us make the argument.

Whether it could be a bad thing that it's going through so quickly - well, it's only bad if the lawyers don't have their shit together and can't put a good argument before the Court.

James Bradley (first name, last) born on 1900, zip code 48234 Voter Records site (no idea if the site is legit, but I got an address for this guy. It says that he lives in that address at Apt 20.

Check your favorite real estate website (I went to Zillow) - the description for the house? "This is a 1184 square foot, 1.5 bathroom, **single family home. **" There are no apartments.

This guy does not live at this address! FRAUD!
