I worked a precinct in a township in Pennsylvania. We had to log the number of ballots we started with. At the end of the night, we had to log the remaining number of unused ballots, we had to log the number of voters on the poll register. Those numbers had to match. We had to reconcile the number of votes on the machine with the number of ballots. All the numbers had to match. I believe (I didn't get close enough to the printout from the voting machine, that the printout gives the number of votes for each candidate. Again, if the printout didn't match a recount and the number was off by a lot, suspicions would be raised.
Either you sort through the paper ballots, spoil them and replace them with your ballots, or you have another source of official ballots. Spoiling thousands of ballots would be suspicious. Having an off the books source of valid ballots is possible, I guess.
If a precinct was given 2000 ballots, had 500 voted cast and returned only 1000 unused ballots, that would raise red flags.
Someone needs to be on the inside to assist the fudging of the numbers.
Those are statistics for mail in ballots. I don't think Pennsylvania has in-person early voting. Trump supporters on bridge at Mason-Dixon line on I-83 yesterday. I never saw this in 2016, I never saw anything like this for Obama. Pennsylvania will come through for Trump as long as the Red T hold their vote counts until Philadelphia and Pittsburgh report like they did in 2016. Don't give Philadelphia and Pittsburgh the chance to know how many votes they need to manufacture.
Have you ever been to Hawaii? I was there last year. In Honolulu, specifically Waikiki, the hotel lobbies have no doors. Everything is wide open to the outside. When stores and restaurants open, the entire storefront is one big door. Everything is open to the outside and they run the air conditioning. I can reduce Waikiki's energy consumption easily. I have an acquaintance who is in her 50's who, to this day, believes she pays no taxes because she gets a refund every year. Yes, she is a yellow dog socialist.
The penalties depend on the state. If you are caught carrying in a place of business that has posted a no firearms sign, management can ask you to leave. There is no penalty except leaving the place of business. If you refuse, you are now subject to the charge of criminal trespass. There are other states that the "no firearms" sign carries force of law.

If Dan Bongino is correct, this is the thing that pushed President Trump to victory in 2016...new voters. It's easy to count my vote. I'm always voting. I think I missed the primary election this year, and that is the first election I have missed since 1984, and Pennsylvania seems to have 2 or 3 elections every year for Township Supervisor or School Board County Commissioner or Dog Catcher.
