Best scenario for Trump before election is Obama to be unindicted co-conspirator and get a pardon from the most generous PDTJ. We all want a rope, but can you imagine Obama living with the fact that Trump's landslide also included many of the "hope and change" folks who were betrayed by their Demi-Deus Barack?
Generally agree, but 6 for me is a small part. If it was anyone other that Trump, it all would get swept under the carpet and a lot of the enemedia /socialist media with the assist. Looking at how Trump operates: "you poke me, I'll beat the crap out of you". I can't think he's in no way going to let them just brush this under the carpet and intends to make sure that Obama's true legacy is exposed.
Look at it from another viewpoint, if this just goes away and only a few of the underlings getting punished like Comey/Strozk,etc., once Trump is out of power, whether this fall or in 4 years, do you think they will just let him sail off into the sunset and build his presidential library? I worked in networking and enterprise systems for a large well known firm and remember reading about the data center NSA was building after 9/11. Estimates were in the Zettabyte range for what they were building to be able to stop terrorists. I remember thinking about the drive sizes of the day that it was just an enormous number or drives and to store what? How many terrorists could there be on Facebook, etc.?
With the revelation that they are actually storing everything everyone does which had (has) the potential for people with the "right access" (those unknkown contractors + Obama) to not only stamp out terrorists, but also know all the intimate details about each and every American (including Demoncrat allies), Foreign allies, etc. Remember the blow up when the Germans found out Obama was spying on Merkel? They are missing the bigger picture even though the facts about Flynn are correct. The bigger picture is Obama was already using Bush era tools (known as the Hammer) which were intended to spy on terrorists, on the 2016 candidates and likely MANY US citizens before that. Admiral Rogers cut off access to Hammer in 2016 (see below), it was then that they used Fisa tools to continue to spy on Trump. Timing is interesting as Trump knocked most of the other candidates out by March 2016 which is when Admiral Rogers cut off most access to "the Hammer" 4/18/16.

I hear all the naysayers whining that only a few folks will get punished if anyone at all. Think of it this way, with all the spying Obama did (see my other comments about using Bush Era tools on Americans), Trump has to act now and can't risk them stealing the November election with the assist by the enemedia and cheat by mail. Even if he wins in November, once he's out of office, they are not just going to let him fly away in his beautiful black jet. Same for his family. And I suspect same for his supporters which include you and me.
He's got to crush them, otherwise he's Louis XVI as far as they are concerned.
