What I meant was that if congress tried to use this amendment to ban him from office with a simple majority vote, I would wager to say that the federal courts would rule it as unconstitutional.
Did he make any social media posts about it? The reason I’m asking is that I’m curious if they are using warrantless mass cell phone data to spy on everyone there, but not saying how they got the info so they aren’t admitting it directly.

Even if they did this to Trump, I could see the courts easily overturning it. As weak as the courts are, it’s pretty obvious he is not guilty of such. 1) they would have to prove the riot met the definition of a real insurrection which is doubtful but possible 2) they would have to prove he incited it which is slim to none due to case law such

tbh I don’t even like Trump that much. He was just an okay centrist with decent economic policies. I’ve believed elections were rigged long before Trump in the sense that Obama Bush and Clinton are all friends behind closed doors.
It makes me feel better seeing this. Like we have hope for the future. It reminds me of other foreign election where a beloved leader was ousted by a rigged election.
