I watched some of this on live stream and that guy with the angry vikin' hat was talking to the crowd around him really trying to calm them down and listening to what they had to say. He acted more like a peace maker than anything else. The black folks even asked him to get on the steps of some building with them and use a bullhorn to explain his side of things. This particular picture of him makes him look like a bad guy, but what I heard him say (which was hard because of all the loud voices and shouting) was mostly peaceful words to them. They seemed to like him.
