The reason I ask, is the line

"Section 1. (a) Not later than 45 days after the conclusion of a United States election, the Director of National Intelligence, in consultation with the heads of any other appropriate executive departments and agencies (agencies), shall conduct an assessment of any information"

The election isn't concluded until congress counts and records the votes and VP Pence declares the winner?

No pictures, as I was driving by and I don't take pics while I drive. But definitely tons and tons of people lining up all along the river and parks etc at 8am when I drove by. I'm sure it started earlier.

Where I live, Mohave County Arizona, is pretty strongly MAGA country, but its nice to see the support in person, vs just pictures online.
