The problem is in the transmission and the vulnerability. Flu normally kills the old, young and immune compromised. This like SARS kills anyone, which also increases the risk of spreading. The most concerning thing is that the Chinese equivalent of the CDC said that it can spread before symptoms show, meaning a 'healthy' person can be admitted to another city or country and still be spreading the bug.
