If he was overruled by the superior judge, there would be no documentation for it except a reversal of his decision. Judges don't just sign declarations without complete awareness of the implications.

I think the walkaways are what broke the algorithm. They expected all the Rs to vote for Trump and X% of the Independents, which is easily fixed with their weighted voting shift.

I 100% believe this is why Trump did not institute election reform/voter id in his first term. They would have used it to further validate their own corrupt election and he would have lost.
