I listened to oral arguments in the case. Rudy got up there and gave this great opening statement talking at length about how poll watchers were barred from observing the absentee ballots, and how people were corralled into cages and had to use binoculars, and how this process couldn't be undone, etc.. etc.. etc..
But absolutely none of that matters.
Do you know why it doesn't matter?
Because the Trump legal team deleted all of those arguments from their complaint right before they went to court. Do you see all those red-lined items in the complaint I linked? Look at what they cut out.
If it's not listed in the complaint, Rudy can talk all day long about how the absentee ballots were counted in violation of state laws and the Constitution and it doesn't matter one bit.
The Trump team never mentions non-citizen voters, people using post office boxes as addresses, claims of ballot stuffing, etc.. etc.. - all they complain about is some counties gave a notice to fix bad ballots and some didn't. - that's the entire extent of their lawsuit.
This lawsuit is an absurdity.
This lawsuit is so bad that I cannot believe they filed this thinking they could get the entire PA election thrown out or even absentee ballots thrown out based on this. They are throwing this case intentionally. They are either intentionally throwing this case or they are completely incompetent. One of the two is true.

Dems couldn't get their changes into the recount manual, so now they want to order the recount but not order the people doing the recount to use the recount manual LOL!
They spent all night working on changes to the recount manual. The changes they all agreed upon only related to public health guidance.
The dems tried to radically change how the manual defined the absentee ballot validation process that the repubs rejected.
Since the dems couldn't get their changes in, now they want to issue the recount order but NOT a directive to use the recount manual as part of the recount order.
Republicans are starting to get mad - they are demanding the recount manual be included as part of the order.
The dems are unbelievable! This is nuts. One of the dems is arguing that they can use the manual or not, it will be there if they want it LOL! She's saying she doesn't understand what the republicans problem is with not including the order to use the manual.
Repubs caved. They are dropping the requirement to use the manual as part of the recount order. Staff admin says they will tell staff to use the manual and follow the statute, but it's not being included as language in the order.
Michigan Senate Majority Leader Mike Shirkey said they would not send electors for Trump.
Conservative groups have also started phone and letter-writing campaigns in an attempt to persuade legislative Republicans to decide the election for Trump.
“That’s not going to happen,” Shirkey, R-Clarklake, said in a wide-ranging interview with Bridge Michigan. He noted state law awards electors to the winner of the state’s popular vote. And Biden won the state by more than 146,000 votes, according to unofficial results.
“No state has certified yet, but I don’t have high expectations for these reviews, whether Michigan or otherwise, to ultimately change the results of the election,” he said.
Asked about Trump’s repeated claims that he won Michigan, the highest-ranking Republican in the state Legislature said he does not know what the president is thinking.
“I'd be hard-pressed to figure out why he's done a lot of the things that he's done, and said a lot of the things that he said, so I'm not going to speculate in this case,” Shirkey said.
He also suggested the Trump administration begin sharing information with Biden’s team, which the president has so far refused to do. Experts have warned that a delayed transition could jeopardize national security if Biden is not briefed on potential threats.
“I do think that it's inappropriate for the Trump administration to not start sharing information,” Shirkey said. “We don't want this to be all of a sudden one day you go from one to the other, and there's not been any opportunity for transition. I see no downside for staffs to be interacting and allowing a controlled and well-programmed transition process.”

If US Code defines election day as "The Tuesday next after the 1st Monday in November" - why haven't lawsuits been filed in every state asking that all ballots received after 11:59:59 PM on election day be invalidated?
Is there some precedent I'm unaware of that extends election day? Didn't Alito tell PA to segregate late arriving ballots for this very reason? #StopTheSteal

After listening to Barnes' livestream last night, I've changed my mind completely. Allison Rushing was Barnes' top pick, Lagoa is the odds favorite and Barnes' second choice, followed by Todd, and a distant last is Barrett. Barnes' said he would oppose Barrett based on her rulings.
Apparently Barrett ruled to continue lock-downs and never met a corporation she didn't like. He said she's clerked under Scalia, and that's a good way to hide her true agenda.
Personally, I think any judge that has ruled to continue the lockdowns should be immediately disqualified to sit on the Supreme Court.
