For anyone that hasn't seen the behaviors explicitly depicted in the new Netflix-hosted movie "Cuties," you can see some clips here.

What can we do about it? Netflix obviously doesn't give a fuck or they would have cancelled its airing after the outrage over just the poster. So instead, we can turn to our legal framework, namely 18 U.S.C. 2252C:

It is a federal crime to knowingly embed words or digital images into the source code of a website with the intent to deceive a minor into viewing material that is harmful to minors (18 U.S.C. 2252C).

The term "harmful to minors" is obviously vague, which works in our favor in this sort of situation. Certainly teaching under-age children to dress and dance in the ways depicted in this film is harmful to them.

What I've done

Report the film to the CyberTip Hotline Here

Select "Misleading digital images" -> URL: https://www.netflix.com/title/81111198 (for the Cuties movie)

The movie "Cuties" is being hosted by Netflix and contains under age girls in sexually suggestive positions and dancing in sexually-themed mannerisms which, when viewed by similarly-aged children, would be harmful to their well-being.

Submit.

Hopefully this at least gets federal authorities to look at this and take it seriously for the child exploitation that it is.
