Use a ruler and a razor blade (or other). If using a razor blade, put a bunch of throwaway paper/old drafts of docs underneath to not mess up your cutting surface. Cut the card a SLIGHT touch wide – use the ruler as a guide and put the edge a bit past the guide lines. On the Los Angeles version, if the guide lines show a bit, not a big deal (can, if you want, abrade them off a bit with your razor.
