Just require DC to recognize all state carry permits.
Like Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, etc. do.
Problem solved. Me - I am good, with reciprocity, unilateral recognition, and no-permit-needed states in most of the US.

I am not a member of the Wisconsin bar. But... the Wisconsin law cross reference to 29.304 could be quite helpful.
Honestly, the law does not say you have to use the exception for hunting.
I would argue the point for any client and expect to win with a fair judge. After all, it would be 100% fine if Kyle was about 4 months and a bit over one week older.
The self defence is for the shootings. But works better if Kyle violated no other law first directly related to his self defence (clean hands). And can help get him off with no criminal record and then become a cop in a MAGA sheriff's office.
Not a handgun. May be fine!
Edit:. Very good he is over 15: https://docs.legis.wisconsin.gov/statutes/statutes/29/IV/304
Cross reference:. https://docs.legis.wisconsin.gov/statutes/statutes/948/55
29.304 above may help save his ass.
As 16 and older don't need an adult to carry a rifle alone (idea is re hunting, but if the statute fits...). Just better hope, as a non-resident and re: the feds, that there was no school within x feet unless Biden looses big-time.

This section applies only to an adult who transfers a firearm to a person under 18 years of age
>if the person under 18 years of age is not in compliance with ss. 29.304 and 29.593
or to an adult who is in violation of s. 941.28.
No, they did not. They filed one Amicus brief to the court. And at least helped logistically.

I have seen no evidence they major league unded the plaintiffs and were not one of the organizations central to the litigation. If there is, the NRA should clearly state same.
Later, when asked if she had anything that she wanted to say to any elected officials, Jackson said, “For our President Trump, first I want to say a family member — and I don’t know if it was heard or not — said something that was not kind. She is hurting and I do apologize for that. Our outburst does not reflect our behavior. And also, for President Trump, I’m sorry I missed your call because had I not missed your call, maybe the comments that you made would have been different. And I’m not mad at you at all. I have the utmost respect for you as the leader of our country. Like I said before, and I’m not saying this to him directly, we should always get the details from the right source before we start throwing bricks.”

Remember what the [Antifa and BLM] did to you along the way when [the Biden supporters started their "mostly peaceful" "protests"]. When you were weary and worn out, they met you on your journey and attacked all who were lagging behind; they had no fear of God. When the Lord your God gives you rest from all the enemies around you in the land he is giving you to possess as an inheritance, you shall blot out the name of [Antifa and BLM] from under heaven. Do not forget!
Because of black women.
Black men who have or want good jobs, to get ahead in life, and have or aspire to be good fathers - them Trump can reach. Stopping illegals from stealing their jobs or making the jobs pay crap due to competition with illegals, making America strong, not starting wars without cause, and not mass imprisoning men for stupid little shit - all things black men can consider getting on board with. Or possibly 15-20% of them.
Black women - I would be shocked if more than 5% go Trump.

Partial to front pocket "wallet style" holsters myself (single stack 9, two spare mags in a Remora in a back pocket), but as long as it can fit a .380 or better gun and you keep it on your person, man purses or satchels are fine and potentially allow for more MAGA firepower.
Pennsylvania Law, some caveats:
https://caselaw.findlaw.com/pa-supreme-court/1201315.html
And in Pennsylvania we have always followed the common law rule that if the felon flees and his arrest cannot be effected without killing him, the killing is justified.” However, we narrowed the types of felonies for which the rule was applicable and held that:
from this date forward the use of deadly force by a private person in order to prevent the escape of one who has committed a felony or has joined or assisted in the commission of a felony is justified only if the felony committed is
> treason, murder, voluntary manslaughter, mayhem, arson, robbery, common law rape, common law burglary, kidnapping, assault with intent to murder, rape or rob, or a felony which normally causes or threatens death or great bodily harm.
This is normal for Muslims.

Personally, I wish I could actually do all that. Could help ensure MAGA in November.
Actually, the Jewish lawyer dude was known to be on the payroll of the Russian Okhrana (sort of the secret police) spying on the commies within two months of "joining" the commies (if not earlier) and for years. Unknown if he joined the commies and THEN went on the payroll or the other way around.
May be part of the reason the dude was able to get so close to the target (people around the target knew him, and some may have knowingly facilitated the assassination).
