Dear President Trump, Michael Pence, and staff,

I vote Republican in California and always surrender my absentee ballot at the poll booth (they always have all democrats working the poll centers) to vote digitally because one year they tried to put my absentee ballot in some random FedEx box.

With this year’s California absentee ballot, they purposely made the inside of the thin envelope with red ink. The candidates you vote for are in black ink and so is the bubble you fill in. So no matter how you fold your absentee ballet into the envelope, they can hold it up to the light or lightly press on the sealed envelope to see if you voted for a republican! There is no cover sheet, that part of the document it says to keep, so if I fold the ballot the way it comes pre-folded the person can see that I voted Republican for the Sate Senator or The Member Of The State Assembly. If I fold the ballot in reverse, they can always see if I voted for Trump/Pence, but Biden/Harris would always be hidden!
