Stop with the black hatred. Read Thomas Sowell's Intellectuals and Race. It explains a lot. Dems have gone from calling for the elimination of blacks through eugenics in the early 1900s to basing their political careers on a permanently dependent black underclass.
I've done a lot of reading on why the black community is in the state it is. There are many social issues, but LBJ's great society programs seem to have been particularly effective in destroying the black community.
In the 50's, blacks had a higher marriage rate and a lower illegitimate birth rate than whites. Both were very low relative to today, but the black population had a stronger "traditional family" than whites. In the 50s the Communists were working hard to divide America. Communism always starts with creating a societal division to which communism is the answer. The proletariat/bourgeoise split as used in Russia didn't work here, but they found race to be a good wedge to divide society (Read Manning Jonnson's "Color, Communism, and Common Sense"). "Racial justice" was used to split society along racial lines by those seeking to subvert the state (sound familiar?).
The civil rights movement was never intended to create equality - it was to create a dependent welfare state dependent on the Democrats (the "Democrat Plantation"). LBJ supposedly said of civil rights legislation "if we do this right we'll have those n*****s voting Democrat for 200 years." Policing practices ensured that black men would be arrested at a much higher rate than whites for similar offenses. Welfare was structure such that a woman could only receive benefits if no man lived at the address, driving single mothers, and over a few generations complete destruction of the black family structure. In 4 generations blacks went from a very strong family structure to a completely broken one, completely dependent on the state, driven by government policies. When the family structure is destroyed, the society is destroyed. The result we see now where ~70 percent of black children are born to single mothers, the schools suck so kids can't escape through education, the only economically successful "role models" kids have are the criminals, and the welfare structure is such that even if a single mom tries to go to school and improve herself the benefits fall off faster than her earnings can increase. Years ago I saw a PBS (I know, I know) Frontline episode about a single mom who left an abusive relationship with her two kids. She was working minimum wage at a nursing home. She struggled, got an associates degree, got a promotion at work, after which her reduction in benefits was bigger than her increase in pay. She did the right thing, but was worse off for it.
We need to fix the system so it doesn't reward teen pregnancy then trap the people into social dependence.
VP is the President of the Senate and can only vote as a tie breaker. Don't see how KH can hold her Senate seat while being VP. I'm not a constitutional scholar, but seems it wouldn't be proper per separation of powers as defined in the constitution.
And it is still possible what Mike needed the courage to do was allow the fraudulent results to stand, knowing 80 million would hate him for it. Time will tell if he was playing a part or if he was truly Judas Pence.
