There is a few reasons why they would be, I don't know if this is the one they are going after here, but in Wisconsin, all mail in ballots must be requested. There was a lot of unrequested mail in ballots sent out and they were voted on. By Wisconsin law, those ballots are illegal.

Yep. For Faux, Virginia was called immediately for Biden, Trump put up a a good fight there. Indiana and Kentucky took forever to close. I can understand calling VA early, however it should be done for IN and KY. Trump was closer to winning VA than Biden was those.
