I was there. 15 feet from VSGGEOTUS. I got to Tulsa at 5am morning of the event, waited patiently for 9 hours to see my President. When they opened to doors to the arena an hour early at 2:04pm I was in the door within 5 minutes and to the pit in front of the stage.
I didn’t realize until the next morning when I was home and saw the fire marshall’s egregious claim of only 6,200 in the arena that when I was walking in with the crowd that I didn’t have my e-ticket pulled up on my iPhone, so I fumbled to get my phone out so they could scan my ticket when the event staff ushered me through without scanning. Such bullshit.
On a side note, if they plan on using those ARs they need to remove the suppressors first. One topic of conversation that came up during my concealed carry renewal/enhanced carry class. While the instructor was a fudd one thing he mentioned in justifying self defense is you don’t need a suppressor to defend yourself.
That was a combination of bullet and gas
