The Dow doesn't show the total destruction of small businesses. Some were already gone because they were forced to stay closed. Some were destroyed in the riots. I have no idea how many of these businesses will come back.

Keep the police intact. Allow people to opt out of police assistance at their address, but they must also opt out of private security. Shame them into selling their firearms. Make this list of addresses public or give them nice yard signs. This problem should solve it self pretty quickly.
He sets the rules of the game using Twitter. Just watch how the mob reacts to everything he says. If you don't see what he is doing when he tweets, pay closer attention to what happens after he does it. They aren't all gems and he makes mistakes, but his ability to almost always dictate how the game is played seriously surprises me. He's working against all the media, bureaucracy, and schools, and still comes out on top.
Also, pay attention to his actions, not just words.
This could have been stopped on night one. That would have been a battle won, but it would have gained us nothing in the war. The same people would still hate America and would be working to subvert it. The whole world knows what they are now, and that's because they were allowed to continue.
