Typical behavior of elected legislators. They blow smoke up everyone’s ass telling us what we want to hear. Never get anything done and say “we tried but couldn’t for X reasons”.

I think it was appealed to the PA Supreme Court and they’ll probably over turn it. Then on to SCOTUS.
