I would add the "MAGA bomber" hoax to that list of reasons. It boosted turnout. Dems aren't enthusiastic so their strategy to win is all about turnout, and yes - ballot harvesting and mail fraud this time around. What turnout they can't manipulate through propaganda, they'll make up for with fraudulent mail ballots.

The greatest part about sea level rise is that it has risen about 600 feet in the last 15,000 years. So 600 feet is totally natural, normal. But 20 feet is MAN MADE DISASTER END OF THE WORLD. I have seen a handful of research and technical papers discussing the benefits of 60GHz for security of the signal, but I have never seen an indication that it would be a preferred band for mass deployment as in a widespread signal. It would definitely be massively expensive to try to implement 60GHz widely because you'd need a new tower every couple thousand meters because of the huge signal attenuation from atmospheric absorption.
For one, implementation of 5G stands to generate lots of income and wealth for technology companies. If masses of people get worried that irradiating the world with 60GHz radiation would affect the biochemical pathways that involve molecular oxygen, this could potentially threaten that accumulation of money and wealth for the technology companies. The reason they want to specifically use 60GHz as a communication frequency is that it is strongly absorbed by the oxygen in the atmosphere, which makes the communications harder to intercept, and more secure. But they don't want people worrying that the radiation which specifically stimulates rotational motion in oxygen could negatively affect the critical biological role that oxygen plays.
The absorption at that wavelength by oxygen results in molecular rotation. It makes them spin. I don't know if that has a meaningful effect on the chemical/reactivity properties of oxygen while it's being irradiated though. Like whether the oxygen molecules being stimulated to rotate by irradiation at 60GHz would affect the absorption of oxygen in the lungs - would require some experiments to determine.

Dems deciding if they are motivated enough to vote for Biden or just stay home, maybe. It's not that Trump would lose any votes, it's that some unenthusiastic Dems may decide to not stay home and actually vote for Biden because the media was just convincing enough by showing the footage of "Trumps people" mowing down some "mostly peaceful" terrorists.

The key for the Dems is getting the Trump haters to turn out to vote for Biden. No one is enthusiastic about voting for Biden. 99.9% of his voters are just "anyone but Trump" voters.
Remember what they did in 2018. They had a mentally ill guy with one of a kind custom Trump decals on his van send a bunch of fake bombs in the mail to a handful of Democrat celebrities. It was all about riling up the Democrats to turn out to vote. It's all about turnout for them again in 2020. Watch for the media narrative in the 2 weeks leading up to November 3rd to be concentrated on a false flag like that one.
