We first encounter Patrick's hatred for the Jewish people when he so cleverly reveals that his protagonists are having their starships repossessed by the money lenders from the Alien "Xu" race. Patrick likely thinks he's clever when on page 15 he writes "We will never be free from these usurious loans until we take down the Xus who control the financial system and media".
On page 26 he reveals that the "Xus" are led by their overload "Borg Doros" - again, if you're going to be hate-filled, at least be clever.
The rest of the book is littered with lazy writing and tropes that seem to just be an outlet for one man's hate. This is not sci-fi, this is not parody... this is dangerous. I hope one day the author goes back to his roots and displays what we loved in the Ark series. Until then, I will not be supporting any further hate from this author.
