It's not the amount of money given but how the money is "given." It's a big difference. Honestly I would've trusted Trumps admin to know how to get people out of poverty rather than keep them in poverty like the welfare system does. Also it's not a 0 sum game, this plan could have lifted many people out of poverty and enriched many people regardless of race. I dont typically trust anyone for a second, especially not the uniparty, implementing the use of these kinds of funds, but Trumps admin actually gave me hope.
