Just be aware that Rand's definition of selfishness is something completely different that the normal one. Her definition is more akin to having integrity and not betraying ones principles, while the normal definition is more like stealing and living of the backs of others, having no principles. Apparently this was not presented during electoral objections? Why? Who is even going to entertain this now? If tou are raped and no media reports it, it didn't happen.

The only problem is, there is no king. The only thing it accomplished is turn regular people against Trump. It also stopped them from going through the rest of objections.

What could he constitutionally have done? He has to hear objections and he has to count the vote. If he didn't care about following it, he could try to refuse counting. But him on his own trying to 'send back the certificates' would simply not happen. It would perhaps cause a short delay as they would argue the point, but then everyone else would just continue with the process of going through the rest of states certificates. The crazy thing is that Trump tweeted that he could. I cannot figure out what the plan would be. My guess it that he never planned for Pence to actually do that, but rather to have everyone riled up about it, and then get angry when he didn't do it. Trumps plan is something entirely different.
