I hope there is evidence of misconduct, treason or any other form of criminality that enables her prosecution. She is a dangerous woman, not because of her opinion - because everyone is entitled to - but because she actively slanders the president while knowing the information is not true.

You are overestimating China. On their own soil you will face massive numbers of their soldiers but overseas they lack not only the infrastructure and logistics, but also lack sheer power. No superiority on air, sea or land.

Same basically for Russia, except that they actually proved to have a very good organization and logistics as shown in Syria, fast, effective, pragmatic. But also there they lack the massive numbers. And frankly, Russia has been for more than a decade preaching collaboration and peace; also something misrepresented by the media.

And yes every country hacks, spies, influences policy and politics and whatever.

A civil war only happens when you have two big opposing parties, and with 80Mio+ voters for Trump there will not be a big opposing party.

The 'few' Antifa/BLM will be handled with absolute ease once they lose protection from majors/governors and local police enforcement. That is the only reason things went bad, because nobody enforced law and order.

Pence is not going to dig his hole any deeper than it already is. The 25th will not be invoked, and impeachment will not commence.

She will have to when tribunals start and her role is exposed.

Pelosi, jail time is coming :)

Tribunals. And that fencing is to keep angry people away from the defendants.

(one can hope right ...)

Let's start with "Get the courts ready" which is something I think resonates much more in a country about law & order.

Everyone - even the worst - should be granted a fair trial.

Yes. I have seen the picture.

It was not child pornography though as it depicted an underage girl in red lingerie with a man on the right; the man was not recognizable. On the left there was a photo of hunter with seemingly also an underage girl next to a pole.

There was no actual nudity visible of the girls on the photo; so afaik it is despicable but not child pornography.

What is does show is that there is apparently lots of stuff - besides Hunters one eyed snake - not published for the public yet that is damaging for the Bidens.

Insurrection Act was signed. The flight tracker is pretty telling, there is a sudden huge amount of military activity in the DC area in sharp contrast to the rest of the country.

Military is in control, pretty sure.

I would say it is a sign of Trump sharing his disappointment of having to invoke the Insurrection Act.

Yeah because when you are planning an intrusive and extensive military operation, you leak screenshots .... makes sense /s

For one officer? I doubt it. They only lower the flag for really significant incidents; even lowering it for McCain was a lengthy discussion at that time.

If he does not have military support, and the brass prefers politics defending the constitution, then it is over.

The path of legal battles is a waste with wide spread legal and judicial corruption. Zero chance.

I only see two options. Military or revolution by the people. But times have changed, it is not 1776 anymore and with the exception of a handfull nobody is going to pick up arms so those will be slayed down by the army, so military is the only option,

Scotus lost any value so it doesn’t matter. Discussing a case on the McDrive with the person tsking your order probably delivers more result.

The issue is not invoking declassification, it is actually producing the declassified materials by the agencies. That has always been the issue.

Only argument I can think, he had to do all of the legal, judicial and constitutional steps before taking the 'last resort' option of military action.

I have a hard time understanding how this man became the authority on defamation, but so far he has been right on many things when people said he was just a rambling fool.

Well, the US courts today are no better than the EU courts. I think I would get a much more fair trial by any tribe after stealing the last living chicken in Ethiopia.

Science: https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S1043951X14000650

Highlights

  • We examine the current poverty prevalence level in China using four nationally representative samples.
  • The national poverty rate in 2009 was about 12.6 percent using the $1.25-per-day poverty threshold and 16.8 percent using the $1.50-per-day poverty threshold.
  • Poverty in rural areas is much more severe than in urban areas.
  • We find that China’s current poverty prevalence is higher than the official estimates.

Don't trust everything that comes out of the CCP propaganda machine.

Makes no sense. If insurrection act / military tribunals start he can fully take over Twitter.

This law suit today has no value. There is no impartial judicial system anymore.
