If not .. you passed.
Went to the doc who did surgery on my foot 10 days ago. Was an out patient care facility. First thing I’m met with are two ladies. One asking if you are experiencing any coof symptoms with a pile of masks on the table while the other dealt with reception. I let them both know that I would not be wearing a mask. They essentially replied by saying that it was required due to policy. I then let them know that I still would not wear a mask and to call whoever it was that they needed to call and politely asked which direction I needed to go for my appointment. There was a moment of silence then the receptionist said that they couldn’t force me to wear a mask and then said that she thought it was ridiculous that they had to wear masks all day then proceeded to tell me which way I needed to go. Not a single other person said anything to me while I was there.
Lesson: be adamant, do not back down, there are more people on your side than you know
Fuck No. Day # 2 post surgery on foot (yea it was that bad) I’ve been asked to participate in Communism several times from entering the hospital to every single time they move me around the hospital.
This was after being denied at an urgent care center any treatment or services simply for not wearing a mask.
Every single time I am asked to put on a mask, I just say that I will not wear one and if they attempt to challenge me I then ask them if they would really like to get me started on this whole covid thing and wearing masks and they instantly drop it.
So far I have had a few conversations with some nurses and a few of them have told me that they respect the position that I hold. That gives me hope.
Anyway, this looks like it might be an upwards of a week of a journey and possibly another surgery so will do my best to keep anyone interested updated on my status and all of the mask nazis that attempt to force me to play along in their dumb ass clown show.
