I see that, ny point was that they were just talking about cloth is marginally effective (practically nil considering how often we touch them), but is a horrible idea in a medical space and likely should never be used in that profession and only as a last resort. There's a reason its a last resort... it sucks, but they think it might be better than nothing. I dont think it really is, but they won't admit it.
I for one am anti mask obsession and nobody should be forced to wear one. The weight is on the shoulders of the infected.
That being said, I dont think it's saying they're ineffective, but that they do a horrendous job in comparison to medical grade supplies and respirators and therefore should only be used if desired as a last resort. Also never should medical staff be directed to use them over any other option.
The fake narrative will be that it didn't have a good turnout while votes switched to democrats.
