They do expire when you are 65 years old. My old AZ DL expired at exactly that age. Also they never called my old state to cancel the old DL... my old state still had a valid license as well. I unknowingly had 2 valid DL in two different states. Only when I called to resolve a tax issue they tried to hit me up for 12 years of back fees for drivers license i told my old state that i had moved and they had to call AZ DMV and verify and send a scan of my id so that they could legit cancel my old DL without paying $200 of fees for expired DL

No you can't, you can only browse the directories the user has permission to access. Things like home directories where email clients store their data are protected by default from all other users
Most likely. How do you "download emails" from a private FTP server? Doesn't make any sense unless they were using an email client that saves them in some kind of dat file and purposely mapped the private user's directory to the shared FTP directory
